Emmanuel Church Macon Georgia

Emmanuel church is a non-denominational, evangelical, Spirit-led Church.  Our members come from many church traditions.

We Believe:

that the Bible is the Word of God.  The Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are inspired and authoritative for all matters of faith and practice.

in the Trinity.  God is eternally three Persons in One:  Father, Son and Holy Spirit

that Jesus Christ was fully God and fully man.  We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless and perfect life, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection and His present dominion at the right hand of God the Father.

in the continuing and present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the Christian to lead a godly life, and whose baptism provides power for service.  We believe that the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit are normative expressions of the full Christian life.

in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

that the two ordinances of the church are water baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory to receive His church unto Himself.
